Midlands Veterinary Physiotherapy
Optimising rehabilitation and performance...
Midlands Veterinary Physiotherapy provides a professional, caring, specialist physiotherapy service for horses. Working in conjunction with your veterinary surgeon, we are able to help to:
- Alleviate musculoskeletal pain and improve quality of life, mobility and function
- Assist in the healing and prevention of injuries
- Enhance the athletic performance of competition horses.
We can therefore help with a wide array of problems: everything from maintenance of mobility and comfort for an elderly horse to ensuring that competition horses are able to perform at their peak; or from a routine 'MOT' to assisting recovery after surgery. We use a comprehensive range of manual therapies, electrotherapies, and remedial exercise programmes, blended expertly together into tailored plans designed to perfectly suit each individual's requirements.
For your horse's benefit and your convenience Midlands Veterinary Physiotherapy always travel to you. We provide a service throughout Derbyshire and Staffordshire, as well as covering parts of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Warwickshire. We are professionally regulated and our aim is always to achieve 'excellence in motion', both with regard to your horse's movement and function, but also in relation to the quality of care you receive from us.
